What can people outside of Maine do to help pass the marriage equality bill?

LD 1020, Maine's proposed bill to allow gay marriage, will have its hearing on the twenty-fourth of April. If you live in Maine you can sign petitions, attend rallies, write to legislature, and go to the hearing. My question; does anyone know of any ways people outside of Maine can have their opinions heard?

Thanks so much! What can people outside of Maine do to help pass the marriage equality bill?
Just positively advertise it to people living in Maine I guess.

Spreading the word might bring in the votes.
