What is the proper procedure for changing names in a polygamous marriage?

When I marry my two wives in a mass ceremony (there will be about 15 trios getting married by our preacher) do my wives take my last name? And do we have to make it official, before a judge? What is the proper procedure for changing names in a polygamous marriage?
Since polygamy is against the law, there is no way to make it official before a judge.

If you are a FLDS, only the first wife takes the husband's name. The other wives pretend to be unwed mothers so they can fradulently collect welfare. See Big Love or Jon Krakauer's Under the Banner of Heaven. What is the proper procedure for changing names in a polygamous marriage?
