What is the best, constitutional way to resolve the same sex marriage issue?

How realistic will be any option chosen to solve that problem? What is the best, constitutional way to resolve the same sex marriage issue?
Pass a constitutional amendment defining marriage as being between a man and a woman. That is the undeniable meaning of traditional marriage in the US.

In order for Utah to become a state they had to agree to that definition and forget polygamy. What is the best, constitutional way to resolve the same sex marriage issue?
For anyone regardless of sexual orientation should be able to get marriage. No government, religion or bigot should cease the opportunity of marriage between two individuals. Whether straight or gay, people should have the complete freedom of their choice no matter what.

This really shouldn't be a issue of constitutionality. It should be universal marriage for all.
Do like we did in KALIFORNIA, ammend the constitution. Keep your supreme court within it's legal limits.

Good luck....click
