What is the law in Ohio regarding who can perform a marriage ceremony?

I am getting married in September and would like someone other than a minister of some sort to officiate at the wedding. Does Ohio have that thing where anyone you want can get a temporary license? We are having an outdoor wedding so the courthouse thing is out of the question. What is the law in Ohio regarding who can perform a marriage ceremony?
I would guess if a probate judge OK's someone to be an officiant then they could marry you - - but they might have to go through getting ordained (ex: online) in order to be able to do that.

';Officiants: Any ordained or licensed minister of any religious society or congregation within this state may perform marriages. Before performing a marriage, ministers must present their ordination credentials to the probate judge of any county. The judge will provide the minister with a license to perform marriages. The minister must then present his license to the probate judge in any county in which he performs a marriage. Ministers must send a certificate of marriage to the probate judge of the county which issued the marriage license within 30 days after the marriage.';What is the law in Ohio regarding who can perform a marriage ceremony?
Go online I think Universal Life Church a friend or family member can be ordained to be able to perform your wedding.
