I know an alien who is seeking immigration benefits and is in a sham marriage with a US citizen.How do i report a marriage and immigration fraud?

That is extremely personal and you might want to stay completely out of it to avoid being a witness to something such as this. Do you really want to hurt this person, do you know the circumstances or details? Is it something that might benefit you in the end? I would say leave it alone, unless you find that it is really going to affect you some how.
Call your local immigration office and report what you know. It is like child abuse...if you suspect abuse you must report to protect the child...if you suspect immigration fraud you must report to protect the resources of your country and community.
